EMPLOYEE
OPINION SURVEY

We have partnered with the VoiceProject and the NSW Housing Federation to develop an employee engagement survey specifically for the community housing sector.

By participating in this survey you will receive access to sector benchmarking and ranking to learn how your organisation compares to the sector.

Survey pricing includes full reporting and analysis and a one hour debrief with BloomingHR’s principal consultant.  We then work with you to communicate the results to the organisation and unpack the areas of strength and those areas that need a renewed focus.

BloomingHR’s Principal Consultant is an accredited mediator with specific training in conflict resolution and industrial relations law.
