Inspired by the vision: a home, a life, a future, Bric Housing's purpose is to support people and communities who are facing disadvantage to improve their lives by providing affordable housing. Bric Housing employs 30 people and has a turnover of approx. $10M per annum.
This standalone role is of a true generalist nature with the opportunity to work strategically and operationally. The role is responsible for ensuring the organisation's people are properly managed, lead and developed through effective HR policies and practices including; recruitment and onboarding, employee performance, employee safety and organisation and job design.
This standalone role is critical to the future success and growth of Bric Housing.
You must be a confident communicator with knowledge and experience providing advice and guidance to staff, managers and executives on industrial relations legislation and on best practice and appropriate HR solutions for a similar organisation.

Any successful candidate must be the holder of, or has the ability to pass an Australian Criminal History Check, have a driver's license and be a role model of ethics, integrity and a commitment to social inclusion and improving the lives of those who are disadvantaged.
