BloomingHR is a specialist HR consulting firm that has been in operation since 2011.  In 7 years we have tripled in size.  We support the not for profit, or as we like to say, the profit for purpose sector in Australia.  We provide outsourced HR solutions, cloud based elearning and talent management (including onboarding) software, training, and recruitment services.  We are award winning and one of the most well networked and respected agencies in our field. It's now time to get serious. As the CEO, I now have a vacancy for a permanent OR part time Human Resources and Recruitment Consultant. The role is a combination of HR Admin, HR Systems, Recruitment, HR Consulting and Business Development work. You will work from home or from our office in Martin Place Sydney and from time to time on site in the offices of our clients. Key activities include: 1.  End to end recruitment activity using MyRecruitment+ recruitment management system and LinkedIn recruiter to source, contact and generate interest in our vacancies;   2.  Providing HR systems set up and support to our Cognology clients (cloud based talent management system) 3.  Business Development and customer relationship management - consistently visiting new and existing clients, learning about their business and ensuring we obtain jobs (HR and recruitment) in our chosen sector.   4.  Managing the candidate registration process.  Contacting new registration, tagging and sharing them with the team and preparing HOT CANDIDATE monthly mail out using MailChimp. You must be smart, fast, passionate and customer service focused! KEY CAPABILITIES ARE: 1.  Customer service focused.  You must be responsive to customers and present with the utmost of professionalism, warmth and regard for everyone that we come in contact with. 2.  IT savvy.  Exceptional ability to pick up systems and a passion and flair for using systems to create efficiency.  You must get excited about technology and want to learn more and more! 3.  Confident yet modest - ability to represent BloomingHR to senior managers including CEO's, HR managers and operational managers in the NFP sector. 4.  Reliable, responsible and trustworthy - do what you say you are going to do, communicate efficiently and meet your targets. 5.  HR or Business qualification and recruitment experienceIf the above sounds like you and you would like a solid base salary plus commission structure, work flexibly and be part of a great team that works hard and has fun, then please contact me directly. I look forward to hearing from you.  I will consider part time or full time (37.5 hours) and I'm happy for flexible start and finish times to allow for the drop off and pick up of children.  We are all parents and I get it!  You are only required to come to the office 2 days a week ie one day from Martin Place and one day from Breakfast Point or Martin Place (though you can come in every day if you please).  Otherwise you work from home or from a coffee shop!  You are expected to answer all calls and enquiries from candidates, clients and the team at all times during business hours however ie 9-5 Monday to Friday. Drivers license is a huge benefit but if you feel you can get around and meet people and targets all week without a license, then that's fine too.I look forward to hearing from you.
