The People & Culture Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating all learning and development activities and producing management reports, including people and HR compliance reporting.Key AccountabilitiesSupport the People, Culture & Communications team in the delivery of outstanding service to the wider organisation. This will be achieved by:Managing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to document preparation, meeting minutes, calendar management, record keeping, reporting, and invoicing.Coordinating all learning and development activities for the purpose of developing a high performing organisation – managing training providers, scheduling, attendees, pricing, and training materials.Coordinating all corporate events and initiatives – managing venues, scheduling, attendees, pricing, and communications.Providing general administration support to the People, Culture & Communication team within the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional training and development.Essential CriteriaMinimum of 1-year HR administration experience in a similar environmentRelevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Human Resources; Business Administration; Commerce)Microsoft Office capabilityExperience using a HRIS and maintaining confidential recordsAmbitions to move into a business partnering roleAmazing prioritising skills and task drivenCompetent can do attitude with a commitment to customer service. Role Overview

The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People, Culture & Communications team and wider business to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.
