The People & Culture Officer will be responsible for: managing the end-to-end recruitment process; supporting hiring managers during the onboarding of new employees; and supporting the People, Culture & Communications team in all activities designed to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations within the business.
Support the People, Culture & Communications team in the delivery of outstanding service to the wider organisation. This will be achieved by:
