This will be achieved by:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst ensuring compliance with various organisational policiesProviding expert recruitment advice to effectively support hiring managers with staffing decisionsTraining new-starters in navigating the organisation’s performance management systemSourcing, contacting, and negotiating terms of business with external recruitment agencies to ensure maximum value for moneySupporting managers through the provision of first-level HR BP services advice and guidanceProviding general administration support to the People, Culture & Communication team within the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional training and development etc.Essential CriteriaMinimum of 1-year HR administration experience in a similar environment with focus on recruitmentRelevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Human Resources; Business Administration; Commerce)Microsoft Office capability Australia - NSW Sydney Parramatta & Western Suburbs

Role Overview

The People & Culture Officer will be responsible for: managing the end-to-end recruitment process; supporting hiring managers during the onboarding of new employees; and supporting the People, Culture & Communications team in all activities designed to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations within the business.

Key Accountabilities
