The Tenancy Officer provides tenancy services and support to a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for coordinating support services and community participation programs to support clients sustain their tenancies and improve personal outcomes for them and their families. You will be client focused and have an energetic and positive outlook towards the work you do whilst displaying a commitment to personal safety and a firm but fair attitude with your clients.
