Newsletter: Legislation changes – Family and Domestic Leave & Casual Worker Rights

CEO’s Message

Hi All,

Welcome to another newsletter and another Prime Minister.  Wasn’t that all fun and games!  Check out the full newsletter online here.

BloomingHR has been working on some really varied projects with new and existing clients over the last couple of months.  Organisation design, job design, best practice model policies and exec level recruitment all over Australia.

We also delivered our first webinar, hosted by AHI, to talk about talent management and the solutions we offer small, medium and large organisations streamline and manage core HR activities such as onboarding, induction, probation and performance and development planning.  If anyone missed the webinar and would like to find out more about our modular onboarding and performance management system, please just give me a call on 0439 626 393 or check out our blog post which contains the full webinar recording.  For our current Cognology clients, they have just integrated Criminal History Checks into the Onboarding module so give me a call if you would like to take advantage of this new functionality!

We were unable to make it to the National Homeless Conference, hosted by AHURI in Melbourne earlier this month.  If you also missed it, all presentations are now online.

As you will see from our ‘Hot Jobs’ section of the newsletter, we are recruiting for a huge amount of roles within the community housing sector at the moment.

If you see a role that could be of interest to you or someone you know, please get in touch.  We have roles in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne at the moment and you could be eligible for a $250 gift card through our Blooming Champion Referral Program.

Check out our Candidate Referral Program for more details.

All the best,

Natalie
