We understand that most businesses in these sectors do not have the luxury of an in-house HR person and therefore, responsibility falls to a manager who doesn’t always have the skills or knowledge to deal with timely and risky HR matters.
That’s where Blooming HR comes in. We can help manage those cyclical events or provide you with the framework in which to operate. We provide solutions for the entire employment life cycle including, recruitment services, induction, training and development, performance management, remuneration benchmarking and reviews.
We are also there to provide an independent third party during those more delicate matters such as dealing with poor performance, internal complaints and mediation. Blooming HR is all about reducing your risk, saving you time and inspiring your work force. We offer an outsourced HR solution with the option to work on site for an hourly/daily fee or a cost effective retainer.
Blooming HR is focused on quality, value for money and ensuring positive results for our clients. We aim to provide services that inspire people to achieve greatness and instil confidence in the communities they support.
‘Creating workplaces that empower employees to reach their full potential so they can inspire customers to reach theirs.’
‘Our mission is to provide transformational HR solutions for the not-for-profit, community services sector, helping organisations to drive performance, manage their risk and engage people at all stages of the employment life cycle.’
Natalie Carrington, Blooming HR’s founder and Principal Consultant, launched Blooming HR in 2011 to bring her expertise and passion for people and performance to the NFP and community services sector. Before Blooming HR, Natalie spent over 15 years driving performance and managing IR compliance in large Australian and international organisations in a variety of industries.
Natalie has a Diploma in Business Management, majoring in Human Resources and holds qualifications in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Project Management and Training.
